* STORE CREDIT *

 

* What is the STORE CREDIT and where does it comes from?

STORE CREDIT is just that: credit you have to spend at VG SHOES. It may come from different sources:

 

1) Group Members and Non Group Members Rewards: All the VG SHOES group members can accumulate STORE CREDIT (10% of the amount they are spending on an item) if they wear their group tag while they are purchasing an item so... DON´T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR [VG] TAG BEFORE PURCHASING!!!!! (Otherwise, even being a group member the system wont recognize you as one and you wont be accumulating the VIP rewards but the regular customer rewards).

Non Group members also accumulate Store Credit but only the 3% of the purchase price.

 

2) Gift Certificates: Once you redeem a VG GIFT CERTIFICATE this becomes STORE CREDIT.

 

3) Credit given by store management.

 

4) VG SHOES Group members CREDIT GIFT (yes from time to time we will give away store credit for our VIP members)

 

* How do I use the STORE CREDIT?

 

It is simple: touch the vendor of any item you want to purchase (left click) and choose the option "Use Credit" from the pop up menu and if the credit amount you have is enough for the item you want to purchase, the system will deliver it to you. (Please follow the instructions in local chat).

 

* What happens if I don´t have enough Store Credit but I still want an item?

Don´t worry, if your store credit is not enough you can always locate the Store Credit Terminal and "buy" more store credit to complete the difference (the vendors won´t accept the difference in L$ so PLEASE if your credit is not enough for certain item DO NOT PAY TO THE VENDOR - WE ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND YOU).

 

* BUY AS A GIFT // GIFT CERTIFICATES **

 

Our store management system allows you to buy ANY ITEM as a gift for someone else, just right click on any of our vendors and select "Buy as Gift" option. The system will ask you to follow some simple steps and the item will be delivered to the person you choose.

 

NOT SURE WHAT TO GIVE AS A GIFT?

 

Don´t worry! You can also buy GIFT CERTIFICATES. Our gift certificate vendor is located near the entrance of our Main Store, simple click it and follow the steps. Gift Certificates can be purchased for the amounts of L$ 250, L$ 500, L$1000 and L$1500.

To Redeem a Gift Certificate you have been given to just localize the Redemption Terminal Near the entrance of our Main Store, wear/add the object named as VG GIFT CERTIFICATE, touch the terminal and follow the instructions on local chat.
